Here are the conditions :

MODIFICATIONS TO SOURCE CODE. The understood intent of the Software license is to provide basics to learn,understand and develop some "chat" solutions based on Java servlet API 2.0. Thus, Source Code modifications made to the Software by the Licensee are allowed.

TRANSFERS. You may NOT transfer, sell, distribute the Software to another person or company without JavaZOOM's agreement.

RENTAL. You may not rent, lease or lend the Software.

SUPPORT. Electronic support services ("Support") are available or a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase of the Software. More support may be purchased for the Software by contacting JavaZOOM's support.

UPDATES. You are entitled to download revisions, upgrades, or updates to the Software when and as JavaZOOM publishes them via its website or through other online services. Updates only apply to releases 1.xx of jzChat.
