In short, you can make money by using jClientUpload enterprise package.
Include (modified) jClientUpload in your own solution is allowed.
jClientUpload supports mutliple protocol implementations but it doesn't include their source code.

GRANT OF LICENSE. JavaZOOM grants to you a non-exclusive right to use this software (jClientUpload) source code (hereinafter the "Software") in accordance with the terms contained in this Agreement.
MODIFICATIONS TO SOURCE CODE. The understood intent of the Software license is to provide basics to learn, understand and develop some solutions based on upload and Java applets. Thus, Source Code modifications made to the Software by the Licensee are allowed.
TRANSFERS/RENTAL. You may NOT transfer, rent, lease or lend the Software to another person or company without JavaZOOM's agreement.
SELL/DISTRIBUTE. Re-selling the Software to customers as a part of a solution provided by your company is allowed.
SUPPORT. Electronic support services ("Support") are available or a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase of the Software. More support may be purchased for the Software by contacting sales@javazoom.net.
UPDATES. You are entitled to download revisions, upgrades, or updates to the Software when and as JavaZOOM publishes them via its website or through other online services. Updates only apply to releases 1.xx of jClientUpload.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE are owned by JavaZOOM. The Software is owned by JavaZOOM and is copyrighted and licensed, not sold. JavaZOOM retains the copyright, title, intellectual property rights, and ownership of the Software and the written materials. JavaZOOM does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY JAVAZOOM "AS IS". JAVAZOOM DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
OTHER WARRANTIES EXCLUDED.
